Well I can relate. In my single days I bumped into a few of these characters.
But I had the sense to say "I Don't Play That," and mean it.
If a man or woman cannot respect your boundaries while getting to know you as a friend, you are under no obligation to keep them as such.
You may not hear them say it, but they'll respect you even the more for not giving in to their desires.
If all a woman talks about is how much you make and whether you will be able to keep up with her hair and nail appointments, there just might be a problem. Don't get me wrong a woman should take good care of herself but if this is all she talks about and wants you to pay for it, this might be the perfect time to say "I Don't Play That!". If your looking for a wife she may not be the one for you. There is more to life than H&N.
Stop giving her money and see what happens.
This is the guy that has a girlfriend but still chooses to be extra friendly with you (you are her friend ). How uncomfortable is that.
Just because your single does not mean homeboy should take advantage of that by having his cake and eating it too. Don't carry on with this fiasco.
Would you want your girlfriend to tell you if her man was being extra friendly with you??

Whether she believes you or not doesn't matter. At the end of the day you'll know that you were an honest and sincere friend.
And last but not least.
The girl that is after your fiance. You recently got engaged, but, his ex still wants to be next to your fiance. Another tough situation to be in. The best SRW advice that I can give is this: Don't play that! If your fiance loves you the way he say's he does there will be no need for you to get involved. He'll handle it
while you continue to be the lady that you are.
