Strike A Pose!!! My Photoshoot And Interview With Professional Photographer, Nat Caron.

SRW: Nat thank you so much for taking my first Photoshoot. It was so much fun. Now I am anxious to hear all about that special man in your life. So, how did you meet Brent?

Nat Caron: We met initially on Facebook, and had mutual friends, but never met prior.

SRW: What impressed you the most about him?

Nat Caron: His honesty was refreshing to see. From the first moment we met, we didn't hide anything. We both felt completely comfortable, and had immediate respect for one another.

SRW: Being single again, did you think you would find love again?

Nat Caron: I wasn't in a rush to meet someone, so I took it very slow with Brent. Being single, I didn't worry about whether or not I would find someone. I figured it wouldn't happen when it was suppose to. My past relationship was not easy to get over. The love was gone, but what hurt the most is that I felt I couldn't trust myself to choose an appropriate partner. I had made mistake after mistake, and had to come to terms with why I was choosing this particular type of person. And it was empowering the moment I realized it was all my doing. It is our choice as people who we bring into our lives. And if this person disrespects you, it's your choice to allow it or not to. I set the bar much higher for myself, and realized what I want, need, and I deserve to have.

SRW: How long did you date or court before he popped the question?

Nat Caron: We dated for a year and a half.

SRW: Where did he pop the question?

Nat Caron: He proposed down in Niagara on the Lake at a Vineyard

SRW: What kind of advice or encouragement would you give to someone that is single, again?

Nat Caron: Just know that this is the correct path chosen for you. While you're single, be selfish, and do things that will better you in every part of your life you feel is missing. Every day is a day to grow. If you want to be in a relationship, and are having a hard time finding the right person, take a hard look at the rituals that could be putting you in this spot. And change those rituals. If you can't figure out what your rituals are, ask a close family or friend. They will be able to point them out rather quickly. Whether your not meeting anyone, and your ritual is to go home every night and stay in,  change the ritual to adding an activity into your week at least one night a week (cooking classes, group sport, or Tanika's Christian singles events).

SRW: Nat, thank you so much for your willingness to share your wisdom with my readers. God's very best to you and Brent as you prepare for your wedding day.
